Healthy Smoothie Recipes
Smoothies are an easy way to incorporate great tasting, whole food nutrition into your daily diet. And, since all foods are blended raw, never cooked, you get the full nutritional benefits from each ingredient included. When shopping for ingredients to use for these smoothies, start with local farmers markets before you go to a grocery store to fill in the gaps.
All of the ingredients used in these recipes are:
