Our UP-LIFT Club is a high-energy, supportive, 12-week group program designed to help you build strength, improve fitness, and develop healthy habits. Featuring a blend of strength training, cardio, and functional movement, each session will leave you feeling confident, accomplished, and prepared to take on the day.THE MIDDAY ADVANTAGE

There is a built-in makeup week at the end of the program.
