Our MVP Club is a high-energy, supportive, 12-week group program designed to help you build strength, improve fitness, and develop healthy habits. Featuring a blend of strength training, cardio, and functional movement, each session will leave you feeling confident, accomplished, and prepared to take on the day.

Absolutely. As part of the program intake, we’ll discuss any pain or injuries you may have so that any necessary exercise accommodations can be made.
Yes. The key to any effective fitness program is consistency. We ask for a 12-week commitment so that you have your best chance at reaching your goals.
There is a built-in makeup week at the end of the program.
