Our Deep Stretch & Mobility classes are designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and release tension from deep within your body. Whether you’re an athlete looking to improve recovery, someone managing daily stress, or simply seeking greater flexibility, this practice offers a perfect balance of physical and mental relaxation. In a calming, supportive environment, you’ll hold poses longer, allowing your body to stretch deeply while calming your mind.

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays, 12:15pm - 1:00pm
  • Saturdays, 10:00am - 10:45am
  • Max 6 participants 
  • Cost - $25/person
