Our small group kids fitness sessions are a fantastic way for children to stay active, release energy, and enjoy exercising with friends. These sessions bring children together in a lively, supportive environment where they can explore movement, play games, and challenge themselves alongside peers. Each accomplishment, big or small, is celebrated, helping kids feel proud and excited to reach new fitness goals.

  • 4:00 - 4:45pm
  • Ages 6-12
  • Max 8 children per class
  • Cost - $15/child

We accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Cash.
We want your child to be comfortable and able to easily move without restrictions. Loose fitting clothes are ideal with socks and tennis shoes.
Sure! Space is limited in the studio but we have a lobby you can hang out in and still see your child.
