Our Kids Yoga class is a fun and engaging practice that combines movement, mindfulness, and relaxation tailored specifically for children. We want your child to be comfortable and able to easily move without restrictions. Loose fitting clothes are ideal.
Sure! Space is limited in the studio but we have a lobby you can hang out in and still see your child.
