Our Senior Strength Club is designed to help older adults stay active, improve mobility, and maintain independence in a fun and supportive environment. This 12-week, small-group program offers a welcoming space where participants can move at their own pace, enjoy gentle yet effective workouts, and connect with others. Whether you’re looking to improve balance, build strength, or simply stay mobile, our Senior Strength Club is tailored to meet the unique needs of seniors in every stage of fitness.

Absolutely. As part of the program intake, we’ll discuss any pain or injuries you may have so that any necessary exercise accommodations can be made.
Yes. The key to any effective fitness program is consistency. We ask for a 12-week commitment so that you have your best chance at reaching your goals.
There is a built-in makeup week at the end of the program.
