Exercises and workout sequences in Pure Body Sculpt utilize compound, multi-joint movements which incorporate more balance and greater core stabilization. The Pure Body Sculpt program is all body-weight exercises and only a chair and fitness ball are needed.
Simple Fit and Totally Tone are a mix of body-weight exercises and light equipment you can buy from Walmart, Target or on Amazon. Equipment includes: small dumbbells, fitness band, fitness ball and a mat (if you want)
First of all, I’ve been a trainer for 14 years, and have worked hands-on with hundreds of personal training clients, both young and old, injured and healthy and with a wide range of fitness and health goals.
Each program is designed to be effective a burning fat, build lean muscle, but more important keeping you safe and not putting you in harm’s way with overly complex exercises or endorsing heavy weight lifting.

Yes! Each workout and exercise can be customized to your individual fitness level. For total beginners: take your time. Start slow and build up. Try only doing 1 set at first, then work towards 2 sets.
Also, the Simply Fit program is specifically design for beginners or not as rigorous supplemental workouts.
